Hi Randy!! Happy 30th anniversary!! I love emergency. All my friends think I’m weird. They think it is weird for a 14 year old girl to love Emergency!. To the Cast and Crew of Emergency!: Happy Anniversary :) There just aren't enough ways to say thank you for everything that Emergency! has added to my life. Besides learning how to defibrillate someone with my blocks and being able to read EKG rhythms before being able to read; I have been given the chance to make some pretty darn good friends and memories throughout the years. As I train towards a career in the Fire Service I have all of you to thank for putting kindling on the fire that was lit during my first firestation visit when I was younger. Thanks, Muchas Gracias, Merci Beaucoup, Vielen dank/Gratias Tu/ Molte grazie. Connie J. Ivins UT

Thank you to everyone involved in such a wonderful and informative show as Emergency was and still is...this show was a Godsend to me...two years after the show ended I walked into my mom's house to find her in cardiac arrest...if it hadn't been for Emergency!, I don't think I would of had a clue as to what to do for her or who to call....even though I was scared to death, I was able to help her and get her help in a matter of a few minutes...THANK YOU to all the actors and crew that made the show the lifesaver it was for me...HAPPY 30TH ANNIVERSARY EMERGENCY!! Jennifer B.

I just wanted to wish an incredible cast and crew from "Emergency!" a Very Happy 30th Anniversary!! The entire make_up and chemistry from all who contributed to the life of this show, will forever live in the hearts of all of us, who were deeply affected and influenced by the valuable, and priceless lessons taught each and every Sat. night, while we were entertained by THE best show of the 70's! Not only did this show ingrain a lifelong respect for all those who serve the public...particularly firefighters and all who work within 'emergency services'....but I think it's safe to say, that "Johnny & Roy" saved countless lives, off the screen as well as on! In more ways than you will ever know! And for this....my sincerest and heartfelt "thanks" goes to Randy and everyone else from "Emergency!" Happy 30th Anniversary to the BEST show from the 70's!! :) All my love and respect, Diane "USAR1Di" Thornton :)

It's been said the best we can do in this life is to positively impact as many people as possible while doing as little harm as possible. The impacts of "Emergency!" in entertainment and emergency services and education literally and positively changed the face of emergency care and life in general. And all that in ONLY 30 years, from ONE tv show! I can hardly wait to see what the next 30 years will bring. Heartfelt congratulations and appreciation for a job well done to everyone involved in "Emergency!" In this business, it's often easy to forget the impact one's work might have on others, beyond pure entertainment. The pride evident in the production of the first true "reality" television series remains a model that today's shows would be well advised to follow. The legacy of "Emergency!" continues; ensuring its position in the annals as one of the most entertaining and influential shows in tv history. (Not bad, for just "doing your job!," Randy!) - Patty Waits Beasley (Doc), Corpus Christi, TX

Congratulations to Randy and all the cast and crew of Emergency. I love you as much now as I did 30 years ago! Randy, you were the special "rescue man!" I hope you and Kristen know how much your web letter helped after the 9-11 attack. After I read it, for an instant I could hear the young, reassuring voice of Johnny Gage reaching out to all the victims through the years. "Calm down. Everything's gonna be Okay!" We salute you! You are unforgettable. Thanks for being in our lives. Roberta

It was a bright spot for me every Saturday night of my childhood, and it continues to bring a smile to my heart even today. Thanx and big hugs to you all for a lil bit o' genius! My helmet's off to you all. Peace, Ria Zannelli:)

On this anniversary, Randy, you and Kevin have every reason to be proud of incalculable world contributions through "Emergency!" alone, not to mention considerable other fine work. The show's terminology became part of our country's language - how do you like the "56k rage" ad? Not only have you served to inspire all the brave fire, police, and emergency personnel who lately came through so nobly, but also those in the general public who aspire to do their best. Also, you guys are just so adorable! You were the main reasons people watched and received the important messages of "Emergency!" Love ya! Cori Shields

Hi Randy, I just wanted to wish you and your Emergency! cast mates a wonderful 30th anniversary. HAPPY 30th ANNIVERSARY, To Everyone involved with the making of Emergency! You have touched our lives with what you did every week. Thank you so very much, Sandy

Randy, I was 8 when the show first aired. I watched it every Saturday night while at my grandparents house. During the first few months, my mother was sick in the hospital. She was dying of cancer. I spent all my weekends with my grandparents and they let me watch Emergency at 7 on Saturday. I would sit on my Grandpa's lap and we would watch the show together…. the show brought me some good memories of time I spent with my Grandpa, whom I miss so much….I loved the show, and Johnny Gage was my favorite character. Thank you so much for bringing him to life and into my Grandparents house all those years ago when I needed something to take my mind off all the misery in my life… Thank you to all who were involved with making one of my FAVORITE shows to air on Television. Sincerely, Krys Witt

My very best wishes to Randy and the cast of Emergency! on this monumental milestone in the life of the show. This show is like the "Energizer Bunny"__it just keep going and going and....God bless all of you and we love you all! Sincerely, Lois Troutman

Dear Randy, 30 years? How can that be? What's amazing is the show is still as fresh and vibrant as it was when it was new. Compare it to other shows of its time and there's no doubt: Emergency! was a groundbreaking program that has stood the test of time…. The success of the program is largely due to the talent, charisma and chemistry of the cast. You guys made it look real, from the skillful way you handled the medical and rescue details, to the easy camaraderie you displayed that so accurately mirrors life in a real fire station. Thanks to you and the show and its influence on me, I'm working in EMS now…Congrats again on being a part of something that has touched so many lives. Long live E! Carol

Congratulations on such a wonderful accomplishment. 30 years later and the show is still an icon in the industry. Others have followed, but none have come close to the impact Emergency! made. Happy 30th Anniversary to the cast and crew of Emergency! for creating such an incredible show, which, thanks to a little thing called reruns, is still going strong and is as popular today as it was when it first premiered. Cindy Dauer

To the cast and crew of Emergency, Thank you for providing a wonderful television show during my childhood. On a weekly basis my siblings and I would look forward to the newest rescue to be performed by Station 51! Now, as an adult watching re_runs, I'm happy to see the show is still one of quality and stands the test of time. It also provides me with some wonderful childhood memories. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sincerely, Sharon in Canada

What an influence you and Emergency! has had on the world! Kids today know what a Paramedic is, but not when I was growing up. A Para what? You and your fellow actors must be so proud of how "just a paycheck" has changed the world. Have you ever thought how many peoples' lives were saved because of Emergency! How many people are in the medical/fire profession because of Emergency? Although 30 years has passed, Emergency! is still relevant, although the fashions look funny, lol. Although you've all moved on, you should be proud of what you did 30 years ago. Emergency! will live on! Janet

Emergency! was and still is a great show _ I watched it faithfully then and now. Thanks to the cast and crew for all the wonderful episodes. Happy Anniversary! Deb K.

To each and everyone of Emergency!, You all are the best.I have loved the show from the first time it aired. It still is my favorite show and I watch it everyday that I can. No other show gives me more TV enjoyment than Emergency!. Randy you are my hero. Will you marry me. Love you all, Tina Anderson Malibu, CA.

HI GUYS!! Esp. "Randy!!", a.k.a."F/F paramedic Johnny Gage"...Did you guys know I was born on 22, Nov of that same YEAR, ('72), & I've watched the show all thru my "infant/child" day years..Esp. "Emergency +4"!!! (Sat. morn.cartoon of the Primetime show: "Emergency!")...Too bad it's NOT on_air @ "TVLand" anymore? Tomi

Much love and many hugs to Randy....(and the rest of the Station 51 Guys!) Thanks for creating the magic that we have come to call EMERGENCY! How lucky for all of us that 30 years ago, cosmic forces worked to bring together an incredibly talented combination of Producers, Directors, Actors and Writers to create this first-of-its-kind show that not only provided for great television entertainment, but also served to help change the face of how emergency medicine is provided throughout the nation...thus saving thousands of lives every year.  For me, the most endearing element of the show lies in the fantastic relationship/friendship between the actors, especially Randy and Kevin.  My heart will always hold a special place for E!'s Dark Haired Wonder (Randy) and Blue Eyed Babe (Kevin). Sally  (aka Goob'r)

Dear Randy, Congratulations on the anniversary of Emergency! I still enjoy watching it on TV Land. I am also looking forward to seeing you at The Make A Wish Gala in Springfield, MA in March. Happy Holidays to you and your family. Best regards. Sue Fournier
